Wendy is new to the Bryson City area, having moved from Chattanooga, Tennessee.  She is not new to the real estate industry, having worked many years as a TN commercial broker.  She moved to Bryson City in the summer of 2022 with her fiance, and loves our little town.  Being a lover of the outdoors, she has fallen in love with the area and enjoys hiking, kayaking, and spending time with her family.  She has joined the BCRG team in several facets; not only is she an NC licensed real estate broker, but she also is a member of the reservations team for Bryson City Cabin Rentals and the razor rentals.  Through this, she has gained a wealth of knowledge on the local area and the local vacation rental industry.
