I would recommend Traci to handle any real estate transaction- she will do right well above and beyond our expectations. It didn’t just stop at closing. She has been a GODSEND in getting our cabin into the BCCR Program so that other people can enjoy our cabin (and help with the mortgage!!) until we can retire to the place we want to be. She has answered all those (sometimes awkward) questions regarding renters expectations and all owners concerns, she has integrated us into the property management team (outstanding BTW!)
